Bellevue Park is a premier mixed-use apartment development project located directly adjacent to the 20-acre Downtown Bellevue Park. The project is just steps from Old Main Street, with the Bellevue Square Mall containing over 200 shops and dozens of restaurants in close proximity. Cantera purchased the site in 2009 and undertook remediation due to legacy underground storage tank systems and related contamination. Cantera then entitled the property for a development containing 160 high-end apartment units, 10,400 square feet of retail space, and 212 underground parking stalls.
