Cantera acquired 12 acres of undeveloped commercial land within the Flatirons Shopping District, a high-end retail district between Denver and Boulder, Colorado. As part of this project, Cantera completed land planning and obtained city approval for a multi-building office campus, with retail outlots and a hotel parcel.
