In 2016, Cantera and its partners closed on the acquisition of 333 Blaine Street in Gary, Indiana. The property is improved with a 13,660-square-foot office and truck repair facility situated on a 5.15 acres. Soon after acquisition, ownership executed a Lease Agreement with a national transportation company that provides chemical transportation services to the bulk shipping industry.
